PBR Auctions is seeking an organized, experienced Accounting / Bookkeeping Assistant to support our accounting and administration team. This role is responsible for completing daily, weekly, and monthly accounting tasks accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
Complete bank reconciliations
Assist with inventory tracking and records
Prepare and assist with GST, PST, and other government filings
Assist with payroll processing
Support HR and general administrative duties
Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation
Work with management and staff to keep financial information current and accurate

Qualifications
Accounting diploma required
Minimum 5 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or related experience
Sage 50 knowledge preferred
Experience with AP, AR, bank reconciliations, payroll, GST/PST, and government filings
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Strong Microsoft Office and general computer skills
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
