We are a local insurance agency offering auto insurance, home insurance, and financial services in Edmonton and area. With over 20 years of experience in helping people get the best insurance rates. My agency makes sure our clients have the coverage and peace of mind that comes with being prepared for the risks of everyday life.
Our Edmonton Agency is looking for a motivated, organized individual with a commitment to customer service excellence. We are looking for professionals to join our winning culture!

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt, accurate, world-class customer service
- Complete multiple line auto/home/financial service transactions
- Customer Service - responding to inquiries around insurance coverages, billing, problem solving, policy changes for the customer
- Support and develop Agency operations through client discussions and sales activities
Requirements:
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communications skills, written and verbal
- Highly organized and motivated
- Property & Casualty License (General Level 1) is preferred (must be willing to obtain)
- Second Language Preferred
