We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers through phone and email. This role will handle account and product information inquiries, resolve issues, manage complaints, update customer accounts, and ensure timely follow-up. Complex or unresolved matters will be escalated for supervisor review.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers by phone and email.
- Provide accurate account and product information.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Handle complaints and work toward effective resolutions.
- Update customer account information accurately.
- Follow up with customers regarding open inquiries and resolutions.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues for supervisor review.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Phone and email support experience.
- Strong active listening and conflict resolution skills.
- Effective verbal communication.
- Accurate data entry skills.
