Lead Program Manager - Justice Digital Program

Drive impactful change as the Lead Program Manager for the Justice Digital Program at Alberta Courts. Focus on delivering agile solutions and enhancing organizational governance. In this critical role, you will coordinate various technology projects within Court Technology Services. Your leadership will ensure successful project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and capacity building throughout the program lifecycle. You will coach product teams and advise executive leadership on transformative strategies and necessary changes to structures and policies. Key Responsibilities:
- Define project deliverables and oversee program implementation
- Facilitate strategic stakeholder conversations and decision-making
- Develop frameworks for digital transformation and governance
- Prepare detailed status reports for management
- Manage risk communication and vendor relations
- 7+ years of experience in executive-level stakeholder management
- 4 years of experience in project budget management
- Strong background in public sector program management
- Active PMP or PgMP certification is highly valued
- Proven leadership in change management strategies
