A leading event staffing firm in Toronto is seeking a highly organized individual for a full-time maternity cover role from April 1 to October 1, 2026. The position involves managing client communications, coordinating logistics for events, and supporting a fast-growing team. Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of administrative experience in a related field, with strong organizational skills. The role is primarily remote but requires occasional on-site work.
