Underwrite new and existing surety accounts
Oversee an assigned portfolio with autonomy
Conduct assessments of clients’ financial capabilities
Initiate outreach to brokers for new account opportunities
Participate in team updates regarding account and market trends

Requirements:

Degree in finance, accounting, or related discipline
Minimum of five years surety underwriting experience
Knowledge of industry products and compliance
Strong negotiation and risk assessment skills
Exceptional communication and relationship building
