- Manage recruitment processes effectively using the ATS system
- Coach management on HR policies and best practices consistently
- Facilitate workplace investigations and resolution of issues
- Support employee and labor relations initiatives proactively
- Implement engaging employee development programs
- Degree in business or human resources management
- 5+ years of HR experience in union environments
- Strong knowledge of HR legislation and functions
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
