With the vision for Accurate, Complete and Timely, ACT Translate Ltd. is a translation service company in the financial field. To expand with our business growth, we are currently looking for experienced translators to join us.
JOB HIGHLIGHTS:
- Work from home
- Flexible schedule with up to 40 working hours per week
- Open Work Permit / Study Permit with valid Social Insurance Number and legal right to work in Canada are welcome
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Translate financial documents including IPO, annual report, etc. from English to Chinese and vice versa
- Review and proofread the quality of the translations
- Provide work in an accurate and timely manner
- Candidates with more experience may be considered as Senior Financial Translator
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree holder in Translation / Language / Communication or related disciplines
- Preferably with translation experience in financial or related industry
- Good command of both written English and Chinese
- Knowledge of Adobe comment and markup tools are preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Freelance
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
