Construction Administrator

Job Responsibility:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting the successful execution of construction projects by managing documentation, coordinating project activities, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.
- Maintain accurate records of project schedules, budgets, and expenditures.
- Collaborate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and project progress.
- Assist in preparing cost estimates and managing project budgets.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor project timelines and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Support procurement activities, including the ordering and tracking of materials.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction administration or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in [specific software, e.g., Microsoft Office, project management tools].
- Knowledge of construction processes, terminology, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
