What you’ll do:

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our dealership's operations, from sales and service to finance and administration. You will hire and lead a team of professionals who will provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

For this position, come equipped with:
· A history of outstanding success in a high-volume dealership
· Demonstrated experience as a culture leader with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams through coaching and mentoring.

Compensation : Our compensation is an approximate range and reflects many factors including sales and customer satisfaction. Job offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed based upon geographic location, dealership brand, candidate experience and expertise as it relates to the position, and other relevant factors.
