Medical Spa Receptionist

Job Responsibility:

We are looking to hire a Spa Receptionist with excellent organizational and administrative skills. Our new Medical Receptionist is expected to be compassionate and discrete with superb time management and record-keeping skills.

To ensure success, Our new applicants should be confident and professional administrators with fantastic communication and interpersonal skills that will contribute to the efficient day-to-day administration of the Medical Spa. Top candidates will work comfortably under pressure while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and can effectively react to client needs.Medical Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Greet and attend to clients in person and over the phone.
• Professionally assist Owner, Manager, Doctors, Nurses, Estheticians, and clients.
• Answer phone calls professionally and courteously.
• Perform all duties within Medical Spa Protocols.
• Maintain confidentiality of all Client Files, Spa Information, and Staff.
• Schedule appointments between assisting Estheticians with cashing out clients and prepping files.
• Liaise between all staff and Owner/Managers with discretion and professionalism
• Adhere to policy and procedures during all activates.
• Assist with a smooth workflow of daily clients.
• Communicate well and maintain accurate notes on files.
• Complete accurate documentation of all client visits in software.
• Being detail-oriented is a must.

Medical Receptionist Requirements:

• Administration or Reception certification is highly advantageous.
• Minimum 2 years of experience at a healthcare facility, MediSpa, or in a Medical Receptionist role (essential).
• Working knowledge of Medical Injectable terminology such as Botox, Dermal Filler is advantageous.
• Innovative thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
• Strong organisational, administrative, and planning skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and react effectively to multiple tasks.
• Ability to use discretion while working with sensitive information.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and IT skills. Spaware software is used.
• Passionate about Esthetic, Spa, Medical, and Client excellence.
• Bilingualism is Required (French) and/any other languages.
• Punctual & Dependable
• Must have strong initiative and common sense.
• Must have appropriate Medical Spa Appearance with excellent grooming habits.
• Must love working with a team.
• Sales experience is required (2-5 years)

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
