Print & Label Design Specialist

Pay: $55,000/year

Are you highly organized with a passion for accuracy and process improvement? We're looking for a Print & Label Specialist to join our clients team! In this role, you'll be responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining product labels that support daily manufacturing operations while ensuring quality, compliance, and efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Design, update, and maintain label templates to meet production and regulatory requirements.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot Zebra label printers to ensure reliable, high-quality output.
• Manage label data and reporting using Microsoft Excel.
• Monitor label inventory and coordinate replenishment when needed.
• Work closely with Production, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure accurate labeling across all products.
• Identify opportunities to improve labeling processes and reduce errors.
• Maintain documentation related to labeling procedures and standards.
• Ensure all labels comply with company policies and applicable industry regulations.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is considered an asset).
• Hands-on experience with Zebra printers, including setup and troubleshooting.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas and lookup functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with label design software such as BarTender or NiceLabel.
• Knowledge of ERP or inventory management systems.
• Familiarity with barcode standards and product labeling requirements.

Work Environment

• Primarily office-based with regular interaction on the production floor and in the warehouse.
• Occasional lifting of supplies or equipment may be required.
