IS2 is seeking a skilled Production Associate to join our clients team. This position involves hands-on work in a manufacturing setting, supporting the production of parts through machine operation, inspection, and general labour tasks.
Pay Rate:
- $20.60/hour
- Afternoon Premium: +$0.50/hour
- Midnight Premium: +$1.00/hour
Shifts Available: Straight Midnights/2-Week Rotation Days/Afternoons
What You'll Be Doing
- Operate and monitor production equipment
- Load materials and remove finished parts
- Perform basic assembly tasks
- Inspect products for quality and report defects
- Label, sort, and organize materials
- Assist with machine setups and adjustments
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow safety procedures and work instructions
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Dependable with good attendance
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production is helpful but not required
Work Environment
- Industrial/manufacturing setting
- Ongoing movement, lifting, and repetitive work
- Exposure to machinery and production equipment
- Overtime may be required based on production needs
