Technical Services Manager Workday Integrations

Lead Workday integrations and API solutions as Ashby’s first Technical Services Manager, guiding a growing team within Customer Success.This manager leads Ashby’s expanding technical integration services function. You will oversee Integration Consultants and Technical Solution Consultants serving complex enterprise organizations. The work combines team scaling, technical escalation, delivery operations, and customer-focused consulting across sophisticated HR technology stacks.Key Responsibilities:
Build and scale Integration Consultant and Technical Solution Consultant teamsEstablish capacity planning, prioritization, quality standards, and delivery processesGuide Workday integrations, API solutions, and technical implementation challengesDevelop technical services offerings and standardize recurring customer solutionsPartner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and ImplementationRequirements:
8+ years in technical consulting, integration services, or implementations3+ years managing and scaling technical resourcesKnowledge of Workday architecture, APIs, authentication, and data mappingExperience guiding consultants across concurrent enterprise projectsAbility to build capabilities ahead of future demandBring technical leadership, Workday expertise, and API consulting experience to scale Ashby’s customer integration services.
