Inside Sales Advisor North York Ontario

Join Randstad Canada as an Inside Sales Advisor in North York, Ontario, supporting large distribution clients. Leverage your sales skills to build vital customer relationships and grow contract agreements. This 12-month contract role demands a proactive individual to manage interactions with commercial and industrial customers. You'll apply best practices in sales management while leading customer quotations and negotiations. Expect to travel occasionally within Ontario for on-site meetings, especially during the initial phase that is fully onsite. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage growth of business relationships with industrial customers
- Lead customer quotations from initiation to service delivery
- Negotiate contracts, including distribution and confidentiality agreements
- Provide market insights and recommendations to senior leaders
- Contribute to strategic planning for Industrial Market Development
- Post-secondary education in business, engineering, or economics
- 4+ years in sales or business development within energy or utilities
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Understanding of regulatory environments and finance
- Proven initiative and ability to work independently
