The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales activities and business growth within the assigned territory. This position requires a deep understanding of valve automation solutions, along with proven experience in technical sales and a strong dedication to delivering exceptional customer service

Reporting directly to the Sector Manager, Sales Manager will serve as a key representative of the company, consistently delivering high-quality service and fostering long-term customer loyalty to successfully achieve strategic sales initiatives. Through proactive engagement and a consultative approach, this individual will contribute to increased revenue generation and enhanced profitability across the region.

This role also offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with our global CPI teams, enabling cross-functional coordination and knowledge sharing. They will ensure a unified and efficient approach to managing customer expectations, overseeing project execution, and achieving successful sales outcomes.

Le/la Responsable des ventes jouera un rôle clé dans le développement des activités commerciales et la croissance de l’entreprise sur le territoire assigné. Ce poste exige une compréhension approfondie des solutions d’automatisation des vannes, ainsi qu’une expérience avérée en vente technique et un fort engagement envers l’excellence du service client.

Relevant directement du/de la Responsable de secteur, le/la Responsable des ventes agira en tant que représentant(e) clé de l’entreprise, en offrant constamment un service de haute qualité et en favorisant des relations durables avec la clientèle afin d’atteindre les objectifs stratégiques de vente. Grâce à une approche proactive et consultative, cette personne contribuera à l’augmentation des revenus et à l’amélioration de la rentabilité dans la région.

Ce poste offre également une opportunité unique de collaborer avec nos équipes CPI à l’échelle mondiale, favorisant ainsi la coordination interfonctionnelle et le partage des connaissances. Il/elle veillera à une approche cohérente et efficace dans la gestion des attentes des clients, le suivi de l’exécution des projets et l’atteinte de résultats commerciaux réussis.

Qualifications



Experience Requirements:

  • A proven understanding in Valve Automation associated with the Mining Industry.
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude; engineering degree or diploma is an asset.
  • Experience in the sale of engineered industrial products through direct and indirect channels.
  • Proficiency with a CRM and Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record
  • Valid passport - willingness to travel, including some overnights.
  • French and English are required

A Successful Candidate:

  • Exhibit tact and strong diplomatic skills when dealing with all staff, customers and suppliers.
  • Sound time management and planning skills.
  • High level of self-motivation, independence and self-reliance.

Exigences en matière d’expérience :

  • Solide compréhension avérée de l’automatisation des vannes associée à l’industrie minière. 
  • Aptitudes techniques démontrées ; un diplôme en ingénierie (ou équivalent) est un atout. 
  • Expérience dans la vente de produits industriels techniques par le biais de canaux directs et indirects. 
  • Maîtrise d’un CRM et de la suite Microsoft Office. 
  • Permis de conduire valide et dossier de conduite acceptable. 
  • Passeport valide – disponibilité pour voyager, incluant certains déplacements avec nuitées. 
  • La maîtrise du français et de l’anglais est requise.

  • Fait preuve de tact et de solides compétences diplomatiques dans ses interactions avec les équipes, les clients et les fournisseurs. 
  • Excellentes compétences en gestion du temps et en planification. 
  • Fort niveau d’automotivation, d’autonomie et de sens de l’initiative.
