THE POSITION: SUPER RECEPTIONISTYou will often be the first point of contact for our customers. Your mission will be to take care of our customers, understand their needs, and make sure every customer is satisfied with their experience with V2V Technologies.

YOUR MAIN ROLEAs a Super Receptionist , your role will be to ensure customer satisfaction after the sale.
You will provide proactive follow-up, respond to customer requests, organize training sessions, and help resolve more complex situations.
You will also support our sales team and help create an excellent experience for both our customers and future customers.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Customer Service and Satisfaction- Follow up regularly with customers after the sale.
- Understand customer needs and make sure they are satisfied.
- Answer calls, emails, and various customer requests.
- Find effective and professional solutions to customer issues.
- Proactively handle customer complaints.
- Identify problems and work with different teams to find the best solutions.
- Provide exceptional and personalized customer service.
- Organize and schedule customer training sessions.
- Follow up on customer training needs.
- Coordinate appointments and training sessions.
- Participate in events, conventions, and customer activities.
- Create opportunities with new prospects.
- Assign opportunities to the appropriate sales representatives.
- Schedule appointments with prospects.
- Follow up effectively on inquiries.
- Work closely with the sales team.
- Create and manage projects to ensure effective customer follow-up.
- Coordinate training and the different stages of the customer journey.
- Actively participate in team meetings.
- Suggest ideas to improve our processes and customer service.
- Perform various administrative tasks as needed.

Excellent French and English skills are required.
More than 95% of the calls may be in English .
You must therefore be completely comfortable communicating with our customers in both English and French.
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS Essential:- College diploma ( DEC ) or equivalent.
- Approximately 5 years of relevant experience .
- Excellent command of both French and English.
- Strong computer skills and comfortable working in a Windows environment.
- Ability to learn quickly and clearly communicate information to customers.
- Experience in customer service or a call center.
- Experience in the automotive industry, such as a Service Advisor.
- Experience or education in information technology.
- Experience with management software or computer systems.
