Global SDLC and DevEx Leader at Valiantys
Valiantys
Drive the Software Development Lifecycle and Developer Experience as Valiantys' global owner. This pivotal role requires you to shape strategies, execute plans, and build a high-impact portfolio. Valiantys seeks a strategic leader to guide its global SDLC and DevEx practice. This position demands a blend of technical expertise, consulting skills, and commercial insight, building offerings that connect technology with measurable business outcomes. You will lead executive discussions, manage regional Practice Leads, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance services and deliverable quality. Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute global SDLC/DevEx strategy
- Build and lead regional Practice Leads network
- Create market-ready offerings and solution blueprints
- Drive adoption of global standards across teams
- Conduct structured discovery and gap analysis workshops
- 10-15 years in professional services or technology consulting
- Proven track record in building professional services
- Deep knowledge of AI and DevOps tools
- Experience engaging with CTO and VP Engineering levels
- Familiarity with Atlassian Software and Software Collection
