WHAT'S INVOLVED IN THE ROLE?

As the 3terra Development Team Lead, you will guide a team dedicated to delivering high-quality software for the healthcare industry. You are a skilled technologist who excels in fostering team excellence. You will balance leadership with technical contributions, ensuring our software projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

• Team Leadership - Create a positive environment where team members feel motivated to contribute and grow. Lead by example, fostering a culture of collaboration and collective problem-solving, and providing mentorship to team members.
• Project Leadership - Work with product managers to plan projects, including estimating effort, setting schedules, and aligning team resources to meet goals.
• Process Improvement - Identify and implement new tools and best practices to keep our team efficient and effective.
• Quality Oversight - Ensure the technical quality of the software through establishing code reviews and testing processes.
• Technical Contribution - Actively engage in design and development using our tech stack, which includes JavaScript/Vue.js, .NET Core, and SQL Server. Keep up with industry trends to help keep our solutions cutting-edge.
• Knowledge Management - Help maintain a well-documented and accessible technical knowledge base, encouraging continuous improvement through team contributions.
• Integrate Internal and External Resources - Ensure seamless collaboration with both internal team members and external developers, maintaining clear specifications, precise communication, and effective coordination.
