Here's where you'll be focusing:

• Support a culture of inclusion for our employees, customers & teammates
• Develop and manage direct reports (Representatives), enabling individual development and team succession planning
• Monitor new & existing Representative performance, case management & identify opportunities
• Communicate accurate reports to Manager
• Escalate case management to Manager if necessary
• Drive harmonization and efficiencies with agents and national peers to maximize tool capacity and realize KPI's
• Participate in projects and business initiatives as required

What you have to offer:

• bachelor degree in administration
• Strong leaderership skills
• Bac admin + 8 ans d'expérience en gestion
• Connaissance industrie alimentaire
• knowledge of SAP
• knowledge Sales force
• Bilingualism (Eng/Fr) - Asset.
