Facilities Capital Projects Manager

Lead facilities improvement projects at Tekna through cost control, scheduling, and contractor coordination. Help maintain compliant, reliable buildings while limiting operational disruptions.The Building Project Manager reports to the Facilities Manager and coordinates infrastructure work with operational, maintenance, and technical stakeholders. Responsibilities span project objectives, budgets, timelines, contracts, and quality monitoring. You will also recommend interventions based on infrastructure conditions and support modernization initiatives.Key Responsibilities:
Define objectives, timelines, budgets, and project work plansEvaluate bids and support project awards and contractsMonitor building conditions and recommend required interventionsCoordinate work to minimize operational disruptionsEnsure standards, codes, safety, and environmental complianceRequirements:
Degree in Building Engineering or Mechanical EngineeringRelevant equivalent experience may qualifyManufacturing environment experienceStrong leadership, planning, prioritization, and execution skillsFrench and English fluency, spoken and writtenBring facilities project management, compliance knowledge, and supplier coordination skills to Tekna’s building improvement and maintenance programs.
