Senior Capital Projects Manager

Lead complex capital projects with strategic execution, risk management, and stakeholder leadership as a Senior Project Manager at ATCO. Deliver approved objectives safely.This senior role leads projects from development support through commissioning and operational handover. You will guide project teams, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders while managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and commercial decisions. The position supports project governance and organizational capability.Key Responsibilities:
Lead complex capital projects across the complete project lifecycleEstablish execution strategies aligned with business objectivesChampion safety, risk mitigation, and compliance managementOversee costs, schedules, forecasts, reporting, and change managementMentor project managers, engineers, and team membersRequirements:
Seven to ten years managing comparable capital projectsBachelor's degree in a related disciplineProject Management Professional designationExperience with major infrastructure, energy, or utility projectsStrong commercial, project controls, leadership, and communication skillsApply project governance, commercial judgment, and strategic leadership to deliver ATCO capital projects through operational handover.
