Retail Assistant Manager Opportunity

Become part of a dynamic retail community as an Assistant Manager. Partner with the management team to promote engagement, enhance sales, and foster a strong team culture. In this pivotal role, you will assist the store management team to embody company values and deliver customer promises effectively. Your focus will be on implementing effective sales and merchandising strategies while ensuring stock management and pricing accuracy. This position requires a strong commitment to coaching and modeling best practices within the team. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in instilling company values within the store
- Promote a highly engaged team culture through collaboration
- Enhance sales and merchandising plans with management support
- Manage stock and pricing to maximize category sales
- Provide high-quality training and coaching to staff
- Approximately 2 years of retail management experience
- Strong background in customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Willingness to work various shifts as necessary
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace
