Director Ai Strategy Transformation

Lead AI strategy and transformation across Global Technology & Operations, connecting program governance, funding, delivery, and measurable business outcomes.As Director, Global Technology & Operations Strategy & Transformation, you will lead the end-to-end AI and Automation program across GTO. You will partner with senior leaders across Business, Technology, Enterprise AI, Finance, and Risk. Your work will establish priorities, roadmaps, funding decisions, governance, delivery accountability, and value realization.Key Responsibilities:
Translate GTO priorities into executable strategies and measurable outcomesLead integrated AI program governance, priorities, dependencies, and fundingDevelop business cases, success criteria, and delivery requirementsOversee technical delivery, adoption, budgets, risks, and outcomesProvide executive reporting, recommendations, and decisions requiredRequirements:
8+ years across strategy, transformation, technology, AI, or related disciplinesExperience leading complex, cross-functional programsExperience leading large-scale AI, Automation, technology, innovation, or transformation programsExperience with program governance and prioritizationAbility to engage senior stakeholders across business and technologyDirect AI governance, funding, delivery, and transformation priorities while connecting strategy with measurable outcomes across GTO.
