Shape AI strategy at GitLab by mapping workflows, prioritizing outcomes, and building practical solutions across your function.As an AI Transformation Owner, you own your function's AI strategy with an Executive Sponsor. You identify high-impact opportunities, define measurable outcomes, and manage priorities. You also prototype no-code and low-code solutions, configure agents, and partner with an AI Engineer on technical delivery.Key Responsibilities:
Map workflows and identify constraints across organizational handoffsPrioritize AI requests against business outcomes and executive guidanceDefine metrics, measure impact, and track progress over timePrototype solutions and configure agents before engineering supportCoordinate adoption, feedback loops, and Champion networksRequirements:
