Job Description
The Customer Service Agent plays a key role in supporting client needs through effective communication and problem resolution. This position involves handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and gathering valuable feedback to enhance customer satisfaction. Working individually or as part of small or large teams, the agent uses custom in-house tools to manage interactions with a moderate volume of customers efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer support and resolve issues promptly
- Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries
- Process orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Collect and document customer feedback
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and resolve conflicts effectively
- Good time management and teamwork abilities
- Experience with data entry, sales, closing, and application processing
- Familiarity with iPad use and memorization skills
