For insight on our heritage please click: Position Summary The Bottling Technician is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of bottling line equipment, ensuring product quality and line efficiency. This role supports production operations through equipment operations, basic troubleshooting, and adherence to safety and quality standards. The technician works closely with team members to meet production goals and may assist in training new staff. Key Responsibilities

• Operate bottling equipment and product handling machinery with a thorough understanding of functionality and safety.
• Monitor machine functions, identify mechanical issues, and perform basic adjustments as needed.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for safety, quality, and production efficiency.
• Perform efficient machine setups and support line mechanics during changeovers and maintenance.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and machinery.
• Support production team efforts and assist in onboarding or training new employees.
• Accurately document production data and maintain compliance with company standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven production environment.
• Lift up to 30 lbs from knee to above shoulder height occasionally (up to 33% of shift).
• Occasionally lift full cases weighing up to 58 lbs.
• Grip at various widths up to 15 lbs in either hand.
• Stand or walk for the entirety of the shift.
• Step onto platforms and stoop as needed throughout shift.
• Perform manual tasks requiring fine motor skills and dexterity.

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or Grade 12 equivalent required.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or bottling environment is an asset.
