Join us at an exciting time as we launch a new die plant facility in Windsor, Ontario! We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Technician to oversee the day-to-day handling of materials and inventory within the facility. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth material flow to support production operations.
What You Will Be Doing
Here's an overview of your responsibilities and how you can leverage your expertise:
- Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials and components
- Issue materials to production areas according to work orders and schedules
- Maintain accurate inventory records and complete system transactions in a timely manner
- Organize and label warehouse stock to ensure efficient access and inventory control
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to resolve delivery or inventory issues
- Perform regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety in the warehouse and staging areas
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

What We're Looking For
When selecting candidates, we will be looking for the following essential skills, abilities, and experience:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience operating forklifts and warehouse equipment (valid forklift certification preferred)
- Physical stamina to lift materials and work on your feet throughout the shift
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is an asset
- Previous experience in a warehouse or materials handling role preferred
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
