Manager, Demand Planning

AbbVie seeks a Manager of Demand Planning in Montreal to oversee demand planning activities across its Canadian portfolio. The role coordinates with commercial, finance, and supply teams to analyze product movement, channel dynamics, and inventory trends while supporting informed business decisions and month-end processes.
Responsibilities
- Review and coordinate wholesaler orders against historical trends and inventory levels with cross-functional teams
- Analyze Distribution Service Agreement performance metrics and calculate wholesaler business performance
- Generate commercial insights on channel performance and demand trends across AbbVie Canada brands
- Coordinate month-end activities, consolidate data, and communicate variances and recommendations
- Support product launch planning and financial analyses in collaboration with Customer Service and Forecasting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 8–10 years business experience, preferably pharmaceutical
- Experience in commercial finance, FP&A, forecasting, demand planning, or supply chain finance
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency; SAP/BPC experience preferred
- Bilingual fluency in French and English, written and spoken
- Strong financial modeling and data analysis capabilities
- CPA or MBA considered an asset
