About the Company
We focus on the design, permitting, and construction of commercial, industrial, dealership, aviation, recreational, first nations, and seniors assisted living developments in Western Canada. Our goal is to meet with clients who are considering a new building, educate them about the construction process as it applies to their ideas, advise them as to the type of construction that best suits their needs, and establish a budget for construction that best serves their resources. We are a nimble and collaborative team of professionals, who have entrepreneurial spirit, are client oriented, driven while not losing the view of having fun together and maintaining balanced home and work life.
About the Role
This role is ideal for a construction leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has successfully delivered commercial, industrial, recreational, and design-build projects from preconstruction through closeout.
What You'll Do
• Lead projects from planning through completion
• Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and project risk
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Managers, Coordinators, and site teams
• Participate in preconstruction planning, budgeting, and project strategy
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
• Support business development and client retention efforts
What We're Looking For
• 8+ years of construction project management experience
• Experience with a General Contractor on commercial, industrial, institutional, recreational, or mixed-use projects
• Design-build project experience is considered a strong asset
• Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and contract administration
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project teams
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
