Ebike Sales Representative

Biktrix is a Saskatoon-based electric bike company that is experiencing explosive growth, featuring 2 warehouse locations and 4 retail locations in Saskatoon, Vancouver, Kelowna, & Edmonton. The Edmonton Showroom is is our foot on the ground in in the beautiful province of Alberta, right next door to our home province of Saskatchewan. Working at our showroom is challenging, fast-paced, requires attention to detail, patience, and resilience. It's also incredibly rewarding work. Taking care of customers is one of the most important parts of our business and we are looking for the best of the best to help us do so. Reporting to the showroom manager you would be responsible for interacting with customers online by email, chat, phone, and sometimes video calls. Helping with many issues ranging from the information of our different bikes, repair, warranty, and troubleshooting.

We are looking for team members with the following Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service
• 1+ years of sales experience
• Highly detailed oriented and able to share steps and processes clearly
• Excellent communication skills, especially under pressure
• Comfortable with Computers including google suite as well as learning new software
• Interest in selling and working on bikes

Pay: $17.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
