We are currently seeking a Full-Time Warehouse/ Inside Sales Representative team member to join our Edmonton, AB location. This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career with a growing company that values teamwork and development.

Location: Edmonton (On-site)

Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8AM to 4:30PM

Responsibilities :

• Execute daily branch functions for productions and warehouse. This includes but is not limited to the following: loading/unloading transport, arranging deliveries, customer pickups, picking & packing of outbound / pickup sales order and warehouse transfer, putting away stock, cleaning, etc.
• Ensure accuracy when staging product for will call and shipments.
• Responsible for the receipt and posting of purchase orders & warehouse transfers in a timely manner.
• Provide the highest level of customer service.
• Execute daily branch functions for sales, admin, and operations.
• Support company initiatives & policies internally.
• Continue to expand product knowledge and actively demonstrate products to customers.
• Support and assist other branch personnel.
• Inventory reports should be reviewed as mandated by the Branch Manager to ensure accuracy regarding inventory and customer experience.
• Entry of orders, quotes and responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Develop strong customer & vendor relationships.
• Communicate monthly specials, promotions, or events to all customers.
• Continue to update customer accounts in CRM.
• Provide initiatives to grow sales.

Requirements :

• 1 – 3 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in customer service
• Strong verbal & written communication skills in English
• Positive attitude and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks daily
• Strong computer skills with ability to learn and navigate new software systems
• Keen attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as working in a cohesive team environment
