Product Owner for Engagement & Retention

Drive customer loyalty as a Product Owner at Groupe Dynamite, focusing on engagement and retention strategies through personalized CRM solutions. Leverage data to enhance the shopping experience. In this role, you will bridge strategy and technology, translating customer insights into impactful product initiatives. You'll lead a dedicated Scrum team to ensure seamless data flow and effective integrations. Your leadership in developing customer journeys will be instrumental for GARAGE and DYNAMITE brands' success. Key Responsibilities:
- Convert business visions into measurable product roadmaps
- Lead customer journey optimizations for enhanced loyalty
- Manage feature testing and customer experience improvements
- Uphold the golden data set for data integrity
- Foster cross-functional relationships for strategic alignment
- Minimum 5 years in a Product Owner role within Retail or E-commerce
- Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and data integration
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes for efficient backlog management
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
