Une expérience passée en service clientèle et un bon niveau en anglais et français sont essentiels pour exceller ici. Responsabilités clés :
- Fournir un point de contact pour les demandes clients
- Documenter les demandes et suivre leur résolution
- Communiquer avec les clients jusqu’à la conclusion
- Gérer les documents et assurer la conformité
- Développer une compréhension des processus clients
- Expérience en service client d'un an exigée
- Bilingue en français et en anglais
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles
- Attention au détail et bonnes compétences organisationnelles
- Connaissance de Microsoft Word et Excel
