General Manager, Nelson BC

CANTINA DEL CENTRO, Nelson is looking for a General Manager to join our energetic and dynamic team! This position is a full-time position for the right applicant and requires full availability.

Essential responsibilities: Front of house service, running the door as a host/maitre d’, enforcing sales targets, experience creation, customer satisfaction, embodying customer values, scheduling, onboarding/off-boarding, maintaining and enforcing checklists, cash handling and balancing, making appropriate cuts based on labour targets, fielding guest complaints, on-shift troubleshooting and decision making, updating maintenance logs, and reporting directly to Head Office.
