New Vehicle Sales Consultant at Yorkdale

Elevate customer experiences as a New Vehicle Sales & Leasing Consultant at Yorkdale Volkswagen in Toronto. Help clients find their ideal Volkswagen vehicle while managing the sales process seamlessly. In this full-time, permanent role, you will guide customers through leasing and buying processes, ensuring they receive expert advice tailored to their needs. This position requires strong interpersonal skills and a focus on achieving sales targets. Your ability to build lasting relationships will drive repeat business and referrals. Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with clients and prospects
- Recommend Volkswagen vehicles and financing options
- Manage the sales process from consultation to delivery
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and facilitate test drives
- Stay informed on Volkswagen products and market trends
- High school diploma or equivalent, post-secondary preferred
- Experience in automotive or retail sales
- Valid OMVIC license or willingness to obtain
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
