You will be joining an established Property and Real Estate organization involved in managing a large portfolio of rental housing across various regions, operating at a national scale and known for being one of the more prominent players in the residential apartment rental market.
Your new role
The Senior Manager, Lease Administration will play a critical role in implementing the new Yardi ERP system, with a focus on the Lead-to-Lease and Residential Management workstreams. Leveraging prior experience, this role will ensure the platform meets business requirements, aligns with operational constraints, and delivers value to the organization.
What you'll need to succeed
You are an experienced Lease Administrator within apartments, with a strong focus on operations, system management, and supporting revenue teams. You bring advanced Excel skills, strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, and the capability to make sound data‑driven decisions. Success in this role also requires strong leadership, excellent organizational abilities, and clear communication skills—both written and verbal—to work effectively with regional teams, auditors, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate is also highly capable of managing multiple priorities while consistently meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality standards.
