Pizza Nova District Operations Manager
Pizza Nova
Lead Pizza Nova operations across a region through franchisee coaching, performance management, and consistent quality, service, and cleanliness standards.Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, this District Manager represents the Support Office in the field. You will guide franchisees and store teams across operational performance, staffing, team development, brand standards, and financial success. Your leadership will support business growth and customer experience.Key Responsibilities:
Build trusted franchisee partnerships through purposeful store visitsCoach teams on service strategy and operational best practicesMonitor performance indicators and identify improvement opportunitiesConduct quality, service, and cleanliness auditsLead new restaurant openings and ownership transfersRequirements:
Minimum five years’ progressive QSR, retail, or related experienceOne to three years’ Regional Manager experienceStrong organizational, planning, coaching, and communication skillsFinancial acumen analyzing reports and P&L statementsValid driver’s license and reliable vehicleBring operational leadership, franchisee coaching, and financial insight to Pizza Nova’s regional restaurant performance and customer experience.
