Rejoins une équipe solide et dynamique qui contribue au développement du secteur de la construction en Montérégie depuis plus de 85 ans! Le Groupe Baillargeon MSA est à la recherche d'un(e) opérateur(trice) d'équipement lourd pour se joindre à l'équipe de Baillargeon Matériaux.
Baillargeon Matériaux Inc. se spécialise dans la production et la vente de matériaux destinés principalement aux entrepreneurs du secteur du génie civil. L'entreprise offre notamment une gamme de produits d'enrobés bitumineux et de pierre concassée essentiels à la réalisation de différents projets d'infrastructures.
Dans le cadre de ses opérations, Baillargeon Matériaux souhaite accueillir un(e) opérateur(trice) d'équipement lourd expérimenté(e) et polyvalent(e), qui participera activement aux différentes activités de l'entreprise.

Rôle :
Le titulaire de ce poste opère un équipement lourd et supporte les activités sur le site.
Responsabilités :
Opérer différents équipements lourds de façon efficace et sécuritaire.
Effectuer divers remplacements au sein des opérations sur le site,
S'adapter aux différents besoins opérationnels et aux tâches qui lui sont confiées.
Veiller à l'utilisation adéquate et sécuritaire des équipements.
Collaborer avec les membres de l'équipe afin d'assurer le bon déroulement des opérations.
Respecter toutes les procédures et directives de travail liées à la santé et sécurité.
Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe.
Posséder de l'expérience en opération d'équipement lourd;
Faire preuve de polyvalence et une bonne capacité d'adaptation
Être autonomie, fiable et avoir un bon sens des responsabilités
Avoir un bon esprit d'équipe et de collaboration
Démontrer un intérêt à apprendre de nouvelles tâches et à développer ses compétences
