Brookline Collaborative Care Clinic offers:

Compensation Structure:

• Transparent flat overhead (no hidden costs or percentage-based fees).
• Physicians keep 100% of billings after overhead deduction, plus billing for nursing procedures.
• Optimized billing support with proven revenue maximization.
• Flexibility to choose LFM or FFS models.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Examine patients and take their histories, order diagnostic tests and laboratory procedures;

• Advise patients on health care, health promotion, and disease prevention
• Consultation and referral to other medical practitioners
• Act as a patient’s advocate
• Prescribe and administer medications and treatments, inoculations and vaccinations
• Report births, deaths, contagious and other diseases as per Nova Scotia Public Health requirements

Position: Family Physician or Specialist (Full-time or Part-time)

Qualifications

• All applicants must be eligible for licensure with the  College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia (CPSNS)
• All family physicians must be eligible for certification with the  College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC)
• Membership with the  Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA)

Bedford is a suburban community of Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. It was an independent town from 1980 to 1996. Bedford is on the northwestern end of Bedford Basin, an extension of the Halifax Harbour, which ends just before Nova Scotia Highway 102 and the Bedford Bypass, next to Lower Sackville. There is a popular walkway along much of the Bedford Basin waterfront that begins at DeWolf park, and continues as the Bedford-Sackville Connector Greenway, a crushed gravel covered trail that meanders along the Sackville River. The topography of the area limits the possible locations for soccer and football fields. The community is currently home to six ice surfaces. Bedford is a well-established sailing community, and is home to the Bedford Basin Yacht Club and Marina.
