Medical Insurance Tele-Interviewer
Manulife
Use medical knowledge and interviewing skills as a remote Medical Tele-Interviewer supporting Manulife insurance clients across Canada. Various Monday-to-Friday shifts run between 9am and 8pm local time.
Manulife seeks a Medical Tele-Interviewer to collaborate within a team and deliver high-quality customer service. You will conduct lifestyle and medical interviews for individual life and critical illness insurance applications. The work supports the underwriting process while requiring careful handling of sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth lifestyle and medical interviews for insurance applicants
- Probe tactfully when eliciting personal and medical information
- Address customer concerns professionally and knowledgeably
- Manage workload using organization and time-management skills
- Protect confidential and private information
Requirements:
- Medical knowledge, terminology, or experience
- High accuracy under time constraints
- Excellent spelling, grammar, and communication skills
- Experience providing outstanding customer service
- Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision
