What are your contributions to the team?

• Coordinate the strategy and execution of data conversion/migration from current ERPs (SAP ECC and others) to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring business readiness and data integrity
• Drive the data remediation, conversion readiness, and user acceptance testing activities to drive quality outcomes and successful deployment
• Coordinate the design, governance, and validation of interfaces to and from S/4HANA, ensuring robust controls and end-to-end process integrity
• Drive the design and implementation of scalable finance processes and governance frameworks, including automation, data delivery optimization, and enhancement of data capabilities
• Coordinate the development and standardization of executive-ready data visualization and reporting solutions (e.g. Power BI) that enable insight-driven decision making
• Support the establishment and reinforcement of data governance standards and master data maintenance practices to enable sustainable operations and compliance
• Coordinate training strategy and enablement materials, support key learning initiatives, and serve as a senior point of contact for the super user community
• Support foundational Record to Report (RTR) S/4HANA activities, including Company Codes, Chart of Accounts, Profit Centers, Cost Centers, Ledgers, and other master data domains
• Provide ongoing support for the S/4HANA solution post-implementation
• Play a key role in continuous improvement workshops for General Accounting processes, including period-end close, manual journal workflows, S/4HANA interfaces, and month-end reporting

How to thrive in this role?

• You have a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in accounting, data analysis and data migration
• You have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, information systems/technology, analytics, business administration, or a related field; Masters an asset
• You have CPA and/or CISA designation (or equivalent), an asset
• You have advanced experience and knowledge of SAP S/4HANA RTR value stream (other streams an asset)
• You have advanced knowledge of Excel, data analysis and visualization tools (e.g.Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud)
• You have knowledge of Onestream, Trintech Cadency, SAP Concur, Salesforce systems
• You have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 tools (SharePoint, OneDrive, OneNote, Teams)
• You have excellent written and spoken French and English
• You have an understanding of industry best practices, especially those related to data migration, modelling and standardization
• You have a keen sense of initiative, agility and adaptability in a constantly changing environment
• You have an analytical mindset with a talent for solving complex problems and formulating recommendations
• You are a team player with strong interpersonal skills
• You are meticulous, organized and self-motivated
