What are your contributions to the team?

• Maintain and validate a weekly, monthly and quarterly flight crew capacity planner.
• Coordinate with Production and Customer Facing Team on aircraft readiness.
• Participate in the daily company scheduling meetings.
• Build and maintain a digital Flight Operations’ scheduling dashboard.
• Assist management in its Flight Operations’ modernization initiatives.
• Provide support to annual Flight Operation’s documentation review.
• Adhere to Bombardier work policies/practices and complete training as required.

How to thrive in this role?

• You have a minimum experience of 2 years of aviation scheduling/project planning experience.
• You are available to work after regular hours, including weekends and holidays in support of our operations, when required.
• You have the ability and experience to prepare planning schedules using common computer programs (ex. MS Word, PowerPoint) or other scheduling software.
• You have the right to work and live in Canada.
• You have effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• You have ability to work with a team.
• You have working knowledge of flight crew duty restrictions.
• You possess sound judgment and the ability to communicate effectively with flight crews and corporate management.
• You have the ability to grow more autonomous with the hierarchical structure of flight operations.
• You have post-secondary education and a second language are assets.
