Lead financial stewardship at Motor City Community Credit Union as Chief Financial Officer, leading risk management and compliance. Utilize your expertise in corporate finance and strategic planning for fiscal success. Motor City Community Credit Union seeks a Chief Financial Officer to oversee financial stewardship and risk management. This leadership role involves corporate finance structure, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The CFRO will also collaborate with senior leadership and the Board of Directors to establish key risk indicators and measure organizational success. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership in financial reporting and compliance
- Direct forecasting, planning, and budgeting efforts
- Ensure compliance with AML and FINTRAC regulations
- Collaborate with senior leadership in risk management
- Oversee the finance and compliance departments
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent
- Accounting Designation (CPA)
- 10-15 years’ experience in Financial Services
- 4-5 years of Senior Management experience
- Experience in risk management considered an asset
