Summer Accounts Receivable Clerk Role

Agilus by Synergie is hiring an Accounts Receivable Clerk for a summer contract in Sussex, New Brunswick. Engage in a dynamic finance role focused on accounts and collections. In this temporary position, you'll provide essential support to a growing manufacturing business. With 2-4 years of experience, you will leverage your skills in a collaborative and team-oriented environment to manage customer accounts and financial records. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes
- Reconcile and post payments in a timely manner
- Maintain up-to-date customer account information
- Work cross-functionally to resolve any discrepancies
- Assist with reporting and other accounting tasks
- 2-4 years of accounts receivable or accounting experience
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
- Proficient in using accounting software and Excel
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
- Clean criminal background check is essential
