Solution Architect | Up to C$250k + Advantages | Toronto (Hybrid)
We’re partnered with a leading digital banking technology business that provides a up-to-date core banking platform to banks and financial institutions globally. Following continued growth in North America and a major long-term client engagement in Canada, they’re now hiring a Solution Architect to support client implementations and solution design across the region.
This is a highly client-facing role combining deep technical architecture work with stakeholder management and solution delivery. You’ll work closely with client engineering teams, senior business stakeholders, and internal product/engineering teams to design integration solutions, navigate legacy environments, and support the successful implementation of a modern banking platform.
Responsibilities
- Support client implementations and solution design across the region.
- Collaborate with client engineering teams, senior business stakeholders, and internal product/engineering teams.
- Design integration solutions and navigate legacy environments to enable a modern banking platform.
- Ensure successful implementation of banking platform solutions in customer environments.
Qualifications
- A software engineering background, ideally with strong exposure to Java.
- Experience in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or client-facing engineering roles.
- Solid experience working with APIs, integrations, and complex software systems.
- A background in financial services, fintech, or payments.
- The ability to operate credibly with both senior client stakeholders and hands-on engineering teams.
- Solid communication skills alongside a high level of technical depth.
- Experience working across multiple environments or businesses.
