Commercial Account Director Western Canada
AMECO
Lead commercial growth across Western Canada with AMECO through strategic business development, account management, and executive customer relationships.The Commercial Account Director expands AMECO’s regional presence across construction, infrastructure, mining, energy, industrial, and manufacturing sectors. You will develop commercial strategies, identify opportunities, position equipment and site services, and support revenue, profitability, and market share objectives. The role partners with internal functions to deliver integrated customer solutions.Key Responsibilities:
Develop account plans and commercial growth initiativesSecure new business and expand strategic customer accountsAdvise customers on equipment, fleet, and site servicesLead proposals, quotations, negotiations, and commercial agreementsMaintain forecasts, pipelines, CRM records, and reportsRequirements:
Twelve years of progressive business development or commercial sales experienceSuccess growing strategic accounts and regional market presenceExecutive relationship-building and consultative selling expertiseStrong negotiation, communication, analytical, and organizational skillsValid Class 5 licence and extensive Western Canada travel availabilityBring commercial strategy, solution-based selling, and account leadership to AMECO’s growth across Western Canada.
