Job Title : Bilingual Front Desk Administrator
Location: Moncton, NB
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Rate of pay: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour
Our client is currently looking for a bilingual Receptionist to join their amazing team! They are the largest owner of commercial real estate in the Greater Moncton area and manage various properties throughout the Maritimes.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and screen calls; greet guests and direct walk-ins appropriately
- Serve as a liaison between tenant representatives and management on service-related issues
- Collaborate with the Accounting and Leasing departments
- Manage and maintain scheduling for office space rentals
- Track and maintain parking violation records
- Provide exceptional service to tenants
- Update work tickets in the system and keep the Operations Manager informed of ongoing matters
Candidate Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong writing abilities
- Completion of an Administrative Program
