This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a large-scale service transformation within a mission-driven organization in the financial services and insurance space.

As a Trainer , you'll support the evolution of a modern contact centre by helping employees confidently adopt new systems, tools, and ways of working. You'll collaborate closely with an established training team, unionized staff, and business leaders, delivering learner-centered training that directly supports both organizational goals and community impact.

Your work will help scale onboarding and upskilling for hundreds of employees while new technologies and processes are rolled out.

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging in-person, virtual, and hybrid training sessions for contact centre agents, leaders, and new hires.
  • Support the design and rollout of training curriculum for new systems, tools, and processes.
  • Help develop and maintain training materials, including eLearning modules, job aids, and video content.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure training aligns with business needs.
  • Support learning initiatives such as knowledge management, dashboards, onboarding, and process adoption.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in training, instructional design, or facilitation, including virtual environments.
  • Experience supporting systems or process transformation initiatives.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills for diverse adult learners.
  • A learner-centered, motivational approach to training and change.
  • High energy, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience in insurance, unionized environments, or contact centres is an asset.

À titre de Formateur(trice) , vous contribuerez à la modernisation d’un centre de contact en accompagnant les employés dans l’adoption de nouveaux systèmes, outils et méthodes de travail. Vous collaborerez étroitement avec une équipe de formation établie, des employés syndiqués et des leaders d’affaires afin d’offrir des formations centrées sur l’apprenant qui soutiennent à la fois les objectifs organisationnels et l’impact auprès des communautés desservies.

Votre travail jouera un rôle clé dans l’intégration et le perfectionnement de centaines d’employés pendant le déploiement de nouvelles technologies et de nouveaux processus.

Vos responsabilités

  • Animer des formations dynamiques en présentiel, à distance et en mode hybride auprès d’agents de centre de contact, de gestionnaires et de nouveaux employés.
  • Soutenir le développement et le déploiement de programmes de formation liés à de nouveaux systèmes, outils et processus.
  • Contribuer à la création et à la mise à jour du matériel de formation, y compris les modules d’apprentissage en ligne, les guides de référence et le contenu vidéo.
  • Évaluer l’efficacité des formations à l’aide de rétroactions, d’évaluations et de pratiques d’amélioration continue.
  • Collaborer avec les experts de contenu et les parties prenantes afin d’assurer l’alignement des formations avec les besoins de l’entreprise.
  • Soutenir diverses initiatives d’apprentissage, notamment la gestion des connaissances, les tableaux de bord, l’intégration des employés et l’adoption de nouveaux processus.

Compétences et qualifications

  • Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience en formation, en conception pédagogique ou en animation de formations, y compris dans des environnements virtuels.
  • Expérience dans le soutien à des initiatives de transformation de systèmes ou de processus.
  • Excellentes aptitudes en animation, communication et présentation auprès d’un public adulte diversifié.
  • Approche de formation centrée sur l’apprenant et axée sur la motivation et l’accompagnement du changement.
  • Énergie, adaptabilité et capacité à évoluer dans un environnement dynamique et en constante évolution.
  • Maîtrise avancée de la suite Microsoft Office, notamment PowerPoint et Excel.
  • Une expérience dans le secteur de l’assurance, dans un environnement syndiqué ou dans un centre de contact constitue un atout.
