Propel Digital Marketing is a specialized SEO agency dedicated to driving measurable growth for our clients. We operate in a fast-paced, collaborative pod structure where strategy and execution intersect to deliver exceptional search engine optimization results.

**POSITION OVERVIEW**

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Project Manager to serve as the primary liaison between our team and our clients. This is a dual role that combines the relationship-building aspects of an Account Manager with the operational rigor of a Project Manager.

Operating within a dedicated campaign pod, you will serve as the right-hand to our Pod Leaders (Senior SEO Specialists). While they define the strategic direction of our campaigns, you will ensure the flawless execution of that strategy. This role requires a commitment to continuous learning; to be successful, you must develop a growing understanding of SEO principles to effectively delegate tasks, identify potential issues, and understand how individual tasks impact overall campaign performance.

**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Client & Account Management**

* Serve as the primary point of contact and communication liaison between the agency pod and the client.
* Manage client expectations, deliver regular status updates, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
* Translate complex SEO strategies and technical requirements into clear, actionable updates for clients.
* Project & Campaign Management
* Oversee the day-to-day execution of SEO campaigns within your designated pod, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
* Maintain meticulous data entry and ensure all project management systems and dashboards are completely up-to-date.
* Enforce project management policies, workflows, and quality standards among all pod team members.
* Partner closely with the Pod Leader to align task execution with the overarching campaign strategy.

**Team Coordination & SEO Development**

* Delegate tasks effectively across the pod, understanding the strengths and capacities of individual team members.
* Actively learn and understand the specific SEO tasks you are managing to better coordinate workflows and identify dependencies.
* Review work for accuracy, flag potential mistakes before they impact the campaign, and understand how individual tasks complement one another to drive performance outcomes.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

* Proven experience in project management and account management, preferably within a marketing, digital, or SEO agency environment.
* Exceptional organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and budgets simultaneously.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate project status to both internal teams and external clients.
* Proficiency in project management software and a commitment to maintaining accurate data and enforcing processes.
* A strong willingness and aptitude to learn technical and strategic aspects of Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
* Ability to thrive in a collaborative, pod-based team structure and act as a reliable partner to senior strategists.

**COMPENSATION AND WORK REQUIREMENTS**

Project Managers/Account Managers on our team start at the same salary of Php 47,000 (approximately $1,040 CAD) per month (40/hours per week), with a raise to Php 60,000 (approximately $1,320 CAD) per month once you are able to demonstrate performance and competency in your role.
